Each of us may says"little can i play table tennis"
However, when we play with people who are good at spinning in table tennis,we may feel frustrated because every time when we strike the ball, the ball will be uncontrolled and we will lose the game

Actually, when we face the spin,we may be nervous and don't know how to strike it

My senior classmate teach me a tip to face with the spin
When you see that your rival strike a spin(left or right)
and you can see his racket
if his racket is TOWARD THE LEFT
YOU CAN STRIKE TO THE LEFT AND IT WILL BALANCE THE SPIN

Many people might think the spin is very difficult to strike
But when you know the small tip
The spin for you is just a piece of cake
Nobody can scare you anymore haha

How to win at table tennis by smashing

The forehand smash in table tennis is an attacking stroke which you can use whenever your opponent plays a shot where the ball bounces higher than normal.

The intention of the forehand smash is to hit the ball as hard as possible, with minimal spin, in order to try and finish the rally and win the point.

However, in many cases, more than one forehand smash will be required in order to finish the rally and win the point.

Your initial forehand smash may be returned by your opponent using a forehand lob or a backhand lob, so you may have to play several smashes in succession.

So if you want to improve your chances of winning more table tennis matches, you'll need to develop and improve this stroke.

Last week,I played our geog department table tennis team. The senior classmate let me play this stroke for 100 times,i felt tried when i finished it.
It's really a very hard work.I am exhausted.

Table Tennis Footwork------------ in and out

Good footwork is essential in modern table tennis.

It enables you to reach the ball quicker and more easily, which in turn enables you to play a greater variety of strokes.

let watch the video in and out

In order to return a short service or a short return you will need to move forward to play your stroke, and then return to the ready position.
This is the in and out footwork pattern.
So when moving in, you need to position your right leg under the table so that you can get as close as possible to the ball.
You then play your shot and move back out again.
Table Tennis Footwork Patterns

If you're right-handed, your feet will need to be in the following positions...
Your left foot moves first, in order to get closer in to the table, and then your right foot moves forward under the table.
After you have played your stroke, your right foot moves back out and your left foot then returns to its original position.
You are then ready to play your next stroke.

THE SHUFFLE STEP AND THE JUMP AND HIT

Many people think that playing table tennis is hard for people to get sweat. In the beginning,i consent to the saying, too.

However, when i learn table tennis more,i discover that the footstep is one of the keypoint in table tennis. For example, when we play table tennis we will use the hand to reach the ball, but it is wrong.

Like tennis or other sports which is needed the swift moving,we should make our leg move to the ball.

This video teach us the jump and hit.                      enjoy your watching

This video tells us to move the basic footwork in table tennis

I can tell you how to do the process

if  you now is ready to hit the next ball, and you are already in the fighting status, and you now is squat down behind the right part of the table. And the ball is flying to the left now.At the moment, you should your the right foot to slightly knock at the left foot, and the left foot automatically move to the left.

When we move more quickly, and it is the shuffle step
